Srjan is a nonprofit making charitable trust and the prime Odissi Dance Institute of the country. This trust has been founded by none other than late Guru Kelucharan Mohapatra, the father-architect of Odissi and is managed by his prodigy, Ratikant Mohapatra.
A breakthrough in any discipline is possible only if the past has been recorded and documented properly. The efforts of the trust to build up a unique archive should not go unnoticed. Every step, every moment of discovery and important findings are recorded with minute details, thus providing an opportunity to the scholars to produce exclusive reading materials for the future generation of art lovers. |
